Antonia Walters

Antonia is the founder of a stealth stage startup in the health and wellness space. Antonia previously worked as a corporate associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. At Wachtell, she specialized in mergers and acquisitions and negotiated transaction terms to strategically guide joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures within various financial, disclosure, and risk-allocation parameters. Prior to working at Wachtell, Antonia worked in real estate investment banking at Morgan Stanley where she prepared management presentations, diligence materials, and financial models for prospective transactions.

Antonia believes drug policies should be grounded in science and compassion; she is passionate about addressing the past and current harms caused by targeted policing in communities of color.

She received her B.A. from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, her J.D. from Columbia Law School, and her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
