DEA Raids San Francisco Medical Marijuana Dispensary

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) raided Emmalyn’s California Cannabis Clinic, a licensed medical marijuana dispensary in San Francisco yesterday. This latest incident occurred one week after U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder announced the Justice Department would no longer target medical marijuana dispensaries that operate in accordance with state law.
