Meghan Ralston is harm reduction coordinator in Southern California. She is an advocate and activist for harm reduction and healthcare services for marginalized populations in Los Angeles, California.
Ralston’s activism work includes creating an organization that assembles and delivers first-aid kits directly to the homeless in her community. She currently serves as the facilitator of the Los Angeles County Harm Reduction Collaborative and co-chairs the Overdose Prevention Task Force of Los Angeles County, as well as serving as an active member of the Hepatitis C Task Force for Los Angeles County. She holds a B.A. in organizational communication from Capital University.
